At Purefemme, we are committed to customer satisfaction. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will ensure a smooth return and refund process. However, we do not accept returns for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, no longer want the product). Please review the details below before initiating a return.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

  • If confirmed, we will either resend the missing items or issue a refund.

1.3 Order Not Received

  • If an order does not arrive within 45 days (or 75 days for remote areas) from the date of shipment, a full refund will be issued.

  • Shipping delays caused by incorrect addresses, customs issues, or failed delivery attempts are not eligible for a refund.
